How We Got Started
Hi! I'm the founder of Moku. One day I watched a documentary on fast fashion and it's devistating effects on nature. So I decided to shop more conciously and try to stick to sustainable brands but when it came to underwear that was next to impossible. I searched far and wide for sustainable and high quality underwear but couldn't find anything to my liking and so I knew I had to do something.
Thats how Moku began. Killing two birds with one stone. Making the undergarment industry more environmentaly freindly and making people healthier while we're at it!

We source bamboo from FSC certified farms that require no deforestation, irrigation, or pesticides — just rainwater and sunlight.

Bamboo fibers are transformed into soft fabric using a closed-loop system that recycles water and avoids toxic chemicals or harsh dyes.

Manufactured in FLA certified clean, safe environments with fair labor practices and minimal waste.

Every shipment is carbon-offset to reduce our environmental impact from factory to your front door, awarding us a carbon offset certificate.

We stand behind every pair. If you receive a defective product or something doesn’t meet our quality standards, we’ll make it right. We’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate
If you contact us within 14 days of delivery you can even return any piece just like that.

Material care
Wash in cold water
Use mild, eco-friendly detergent
Do not bleach
Avoid fabric softeners (they reduce breathability)
Tumble dry on low or hang dry
Do not iron
Bamboo fabric naturally gets softer over time. Treat it gently, and it’ll take care of you for the long run.
Returns
We want you to feel great in your MOKU underwear. If something’s not right, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept worn or washed underwear
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect In which case we will send you a replacement free of charge.
